NOTICE OF 2020 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Please find attached The Finance and Treasury Association Limited Notice of 2020 Annual General Meeting (Notice) to be held on Wednesday, 9 December 2020 at 4:00 pm (AEDT).
As you will see within the Notice, this year due to the pandemic restrictions, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held via Zoom Webinar with voting to be conducted electronically, along with any questions.
Dial-in details will be provided upon registration prior to the meeting, however, Members will be required to identify themselves when joining the meeting; if a Member does not wish to be identified they will not be able to vote or ask any questions, they will be considered a guest at the AGM.

Note – All Members of the Finance and Treasury Association are invited to attend; however Student Members do not have voting rights on the proposed resolutions.
