This workshop outlines the role of Treasury in 2017 and focuses on the tools required to better manage operational risks in the current environment. Topics covered include areas on which internal auditors typically focus such as governance framework, policies and procedures, and controls, providing examples and case studies to show both cause and effect of breakdowns in controls. We will also discuss current issues and future challenges for Treasurers as well as allow some time for questions and discussion.
This workshop is right for you if you are a group treasurer, treasury manager or controller, if you are working in treasury dealing or involved with treasury transactions, or if you’re part of the review and control of treasury activities in corporate organisations, the public sector, or not-for-profit organisations.
