Message from the CEO
Another Conference done and dusted! For those of you who attended, none of this will surprise you, but Conference 2018 has been a huge success. The feedback we have received both formally and informally has been outstanding, with a Net Promoter Score of over 60. To all who contributed to making the event the success it was, I want to say a huge thank you – to Nadia Kentera and her team of amazing Event professionals who ensured the whole event went logistically without a hitch (which is about 12 months of work, not 3 days), to the Conference Committee who put in hours of work to ensure our program was the engaging one it was, to Sandra and Naomi who took registrations, answered queries, filled social media and performed numerous other unseen tasks, to the Board who always provided sound advice and support, to our Corporate Partners who continue to support us and without whom none of it could have happened, to our speakers and panelists who all did an outstanding job and finally to the people who attended, the reason we do it all, thanks for your continued patronage. Next year in Melbourne promises to be a huge event.
As we begin to enter the last stages of 2018, we’re now busy planning the next big events, as well as ensuring our CPD program and content delivery remain full. At the moment we are heavily involved in organising a number of key events – the popular and important Fundamentals of Treasury workshop will return in the first half of 2018, Essential Treasurer will again go around the country in March and we have International Women’s Day functions planned for Melbourne, Sydney, and Perth. Watch out for save the dates and notices soon!
