The Treasury department is an integral part of the Pepper team, providing a range of services and expertise in delivering robust infrastructure, analytics and solutions to a fast-paced environment.
What We Have on Offer
We are seeking an experienced Manager – Funding and Securitisation to work collaboratively with the Head of Funding and Securitisation and the Deputy Australian Treasurer. The role will plan and manage the marketing and execution of funding transactions (including warehousing, term issuance and whole loan sales) in support of the various Australian lending businesses. An important facet of the role is to maintain, develop and expand strong relationships with our key funding partners, other external counterparties and internal stakeholders, maintaining a culture of transparency, professionalism, engagement and high standards.
What We Are Looking for in You
- You have at least 5 years’ experience in a senior financial service treasury role or aligned function (e.g. law firm, rating agency, trustee company)
- You have experience with RMBS transactions
- You will hold a Degree in Accounting, Finance or a similar discipline.
You have proven to be self-motivated, driven, highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You pride yourself on your excellence in analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to drive results.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You possess the ability to effectively prioritise simultaneous demands and adapt and respond appropriately.
You are known to have the ability to remain calm under pressure and be a problem solver. You are a high performer who operates well within a team environment. You have the ability to deliver high quality work whist maintaining turnaround times.
- You are able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- You’re able to ensure that the life cycle of financial transactions is successfully managed and completed to meet all stakeholder expectations.
You are a team player and will form part of the existing positive department and company culture.
